This NW London care agency was rated 'excellent' by the CQC and is the best care agency I have come across in the 13+ years I have had to hire carers to look after a very sick relative. The difference here is that they actually care about the person requiring care, close family members, and the carer themselves. They are responsive and do their best to meet your brief. And because they get it largely right they place carers who tend to stay so there is continuity for the person requiring the care and enhanced standards all round.
